Farzana P. Contractor is a topper in Economics from the prestigious Pune University. With about 20 years of experience working with Star TV, Tata Group, GE Financials, CFCI and Transcending Knowledge Consultancy, in domains of Operations and Customer Service, Farzana is a unique blend of experience of hard-hitting business knowledge, through ‘Hands on Experience’. She has a certification in Human Behaviour from Gyan Prabodhini, Pune topping the charts with a specialisation in Child Psychology and Adolescence Behaviour. She also holds a diploma in Acupressure Therapy and is also a Clinical Hypnotherapist.
